Ah, the careful stacking of canvases-- when people try to help, I usually just end up having to punch them in the head...

hha looks like my room, messier than all hell and for some reason just no chance of reaching real "neat and tidyness".
Must be an artists thing

I am very impressed with how you've been able to keep those cabinents so white and clean, such a thing is uncommon in most studios I've had the pleasure to visit. My studio is complete mess (whenever I choose to use it) and its riddled with old paint stains, brush hairs, crumpled up paper and the like. You get the award for cleanest studio ever.

The set-up is very enjoyable, and it has a sense of humility about it.

Amazing how clean everything is considering you're working with paint. Very nice man.

Buying all of the paint and canvas must be expensive. o.O;

used to have it all together. About a 1.5 years ago I moved the art to the garage, I can be messier, and it is nice to separate mental states. :)

I wish my stupid brother would move away forever or die or something, so I could use that room as a studio like I've alwasy wanted to, my bedroom is already palying so many roles. it's already looks like a studio/one-room apartment but it very small and hard to live in without a big mess by the end of the week. I could focus much better with a distinct place to go to work. not just sitting on my futon or at my tiny little desk.

anyways, sorry for ranting. You have an awesome studio, it looks awesome and so does all the art in it. Yay for art ^_^

Byes,
~Hannah

do you prepare a texture and color on your backgrounds before you paint the image in mind? to you work with the shapes made from the prepared background?
