The fingers on the guy in the water are delightfully stubby... they seem to compliment his hair and face layout, and his angular bodily definition. The composition here is just great; a majority of the frame is taken up by the rich water, while a small sky portion has just the right hue for making a pop. Unlike some people, you suggested light refraction at the surface of the water so that the portion of him that is breaching the surface doesn't align exactly with the portion of him below. Excellent!
