i think she is gorgeous, but could do with a coat or two of gloss varnish to really make the colours really pop - it is an issue i always have with acrylics, though could just be my taste.
the little circus master style outfit is just adorable!
Dude, u have some serious skills. I've been looking at your work for years, since the first site.
Would you ever consider showing us the stages that you go through from pencil and base colors, to the finished piece. Obviously you don't want to give any secrets away, but it would make me understand the concept of layering colors.
I'm gunna start making some ceramic toys over my Summer break from Uni.
And Bloodybear, re how to make urban vinyl, you might as well just get urself some Fimo modelling clay, or any that air dries. It's a hell of a lot cheaper, plus the feel and look of a clay figure is a lot nicer than the vinyl, because of all the imperfections. The handmade quality is so much nicer than the smooth, manufactured look. It's the same as doing the same picture traditionally, and digitally. Which would you prefer? The traditional one I hope. U can touch it, smell it, feel the artists mark making. Do it with clay, and good luck to you. I've been bitten by the Art Toy bug myself.
